I am a registered Psychotherapist and a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with the UKCP. I am also a senior accredited counsellor with the BACP. I have been practicing as a counsellor for 25 years and have considerable experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, relationships, addiction, PTSD, bereavement. One of my main assets is my wealth of personal experience which gives me a better understanding of the people I work with. My psychotherapy training equips me to work with deep rooted issues as well as current issues. I do both short and long term conselling, and will discuss which might be the most suitable usually in the first session.
