I have been practicing as a qualified counsellor for the past 13yrs both in private practice and working for agencies such as Relate and Home start and Cancerwise. I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have been working with stress management, anxiet,panic attacks and depression very sucessfully with my clients. My work is varied as in a day I can see clients on a one to one basis, couples seeking help with their relationships, a family group or a referral from West Sussex Social Services or a local GP. I adhere to a strict ethical code, confidentialilty is paramount, yet laughter and humor also have their place when working with me. I look forward to hearing from you.

APPOINTMENTS ARE FLEXIBLE AND COVER WEEK DAYS, EVENINGS AND SATURDAY MORNINGS.
