Counsellor Profile
I have been a practising psychotherapist for over 7 years, working with adults, adolescents and children. I offer long-term deep work and short- term focused work. It is possible to work with the arts (painting, clay, sandtray, music, movement etc.) if you wish. My work acknowledges the spiritual aspects of being and the profound affects on the body of trauma and stress. I work in a quiet studio in a peaceful Hampshire village, near to the River Itchen.
