BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 12 years experience of working with individuals, and couples. I'm also a UK Registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist (UKRC).

I work with:
Relationship difficulties; Separation, Divorce, Marriage, IVF.
Also: Stress, Anxiety, Loss, Bereavement, Self-Esteem, Confidence, Work related problems, Eating Disorders, Panic attacks.

Approach:
My approach to Counselling is 'integrative' - meaning that I'm not tied to one particular approach (although you'll see from my qualifications that I'm trained in many).
I seek the most effective and creative approach for each individual client or couple.
