Counsellor Profile

I am an experienced psychotherapist (seeing clients since 1993)working with clients on a short or long term basis. I use the arts alongside other counselling skills to help enable clients to access feelings and experiences that they are unable or unwilling to talk about and to express them in imagery and metaphor. In the sessions drawing,painting,sandplay,music,dance, clay and puppets can all be used. No creative expertise is required. It is much easier to demonstrate this so if you're interested, I offer a free 1/2 hour introductory session to explore further.
