Counsellor Profile
Experienced person centred counsellor, supervisor and facilitator.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Counselling is about a safe place for you to explore and express your issues, concerns and fears, past or present. Frequently it is about discovering, accepting and loving who you are on the inside as well as the outside. I believe passionately that we all do know, somewhere within ourselves, the directions we need to take and, there can be times when we may need help and guidance to discover what they might be.
