Extra InformationWhat is Gestalt - Gestalt is not just a therapy it is a way of life - a journey of becoming. It is about relationships, contact with others and the world in which we live. It is a humanistic/existential therapy - helping us to live choicefully and to our full potential. Looking at the person as a whole, body, mind and spirit no one thing in isolation.
