Counsellor Profile

I have worked as a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor for nearly 25 years. I have a particular interest in sexuality, sexual issues, abuse, and trauma. My training includes body psychotherapy, advanced integrative therapy (formerly Seemorg Matrix Therapy;an energy psychology) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy.

Much abuse, particularly sexual abuse is fixed in the body and in feellings of shame about our bodies and our sexuality. Using energy psychology and body psychotherapy together in a safes, supportive therapy relationship is, in my experience, a powerful way of working at the necessary depth on this to really make a difference.
