I specialise in body and energy psychotherapy particularly working with people who have been abused .

Much abuse, particularly sexual abuse is fixed in the body and in feellings of shame about our bodies and our sexuality. Using energy psychology and body psychotherapy together in a safe, supportive therapy relationship is, in my experience, a powerful way of working at the necessary depth to really make a difference.
