Sometimes life can be difficult and can leave us feeling stuck, lost, helpless or distressed. Counselling offers you a confidential place to explore issues and feelings without any pressure or judgement. In doing so it can help reduce confusion and encourage proactive change and so help you move forward.

I work with both couples and individuals and offer daytime and evening appointments.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Accredited counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice I have worked with a number of counselling and support organisations including: Cruse Bereavement Care, Connexions Youth Counselling, Rape Crisis, Bucks Association for Mental Health, GP's surgeries and the Eating Disorders Association. I am also a counselling supervisor, working with both individuals and groups, and trained at Metanoia.
