Counsellor Profile

Sometimes life can be difficult and can leave us feeling stuck, lost, helpless or distressed. Counselling offers you a confidential place to explore issues and feelings without any pressure or judgement. In doing so it can help reduce confusion and encourage proactive change and so help you move forward.

Accredited counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice I have worked with a number of counselling and support organisations including: Cruse Bereavement Care, Connexions Youth Counselling, Rape Crisis, Bucks Association for Mental Health, GP's surgeries and the Eating Disorders Association. I also have a certificate in supervision from Metanoia.
