Christine Forman | |
Counsellor ProfileMy name is Christine Forman and I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor based in Hertfordshire, with a Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psycotherapy (BACP) I am bound by its Code of Ethics and Practice.
In today's busy world, with its many challenges, it can be a relief to share difficult and often distressing feelings with someone outside of family and friends.
My aim is to provide clients with a safe caring space where difficult issues can be explored; to help them gain self awareness of what might be holding them back and work towards a sense of empowerment to help them resolve or reduce their anxieties.

Extra InformationIt is my belief that talking really can help your mind to explore those issues which stop life being how you'd like it to be.
It is my feeling that by gaining an understanding of how past issues can affect our present day life and by exploring them in a safe and confidential environment, helps us to find a more effective way of dealing with our problems.
My aim is to offer you a safe, supportive and non-judgemental relationship in which you can express your thoughts and feelings.
