Counsellor Profile

I work with individual clients who have personal ongoing difficulties or sudden acute problems in their lives. Together we can look at how past experiences may be undermining hopes in the present. Awareness of unhelpful repeating patterns of behaviour can lead to a greater understanding of personal choices.

Training, Qualifications & Experience (more info)

I am a psychodynamic counsellor accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been working with clients for over 8 years.
I offer professional supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors. I am a tutor for students in their final year of counselling training.

Areas of counselling I deal with

  • Anger Management
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Depression
  • Low Self-Confidence
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Relationship Issues
  • Stress
  • Work Related Issues

  • Other areas of counselling I deal with

Although some problems can result from depression, experiences of abuse, bereavement, stress or anxiety other times it can feel less clear and I take some time with you to explore other confusing and contradictory feelings.

    Extra Information
