Further Information

I work by helping you to express your difficulties and the feelings surrounding those; we work together to understand the underlying issues and, as appropriate, what has led to those. In time we discuss the choices you have and may want to make and develop ways forward.
My task is to help you to be in touch with your own sense of yourself and what is right for you.
Our counselling relationship can help you with that by our taking the time and space to pay attention to old wounds and to help you get clear what your present and future priorites are.
