I am an experianced and qualified Person Centred Counsellor. I have my practice at home.
I believe we have the potential to make ourselves better, but there are times in our lives when we can not do it on our own.
I can offer a confidential space for you to explore difficult issues,without being judged or criticised.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have completed a BACP accredited training, and have a Higher National Diploma in counselling.
I have trained and worked as a bereavement counsellor for a hospice.
I have worked as a counsellor for Mind.
Training in grief support for children, young people and their families.

Student discount for those in Counselling/Psychotherapy training.

Besides my counselling work I am a primary school teacher and I am currently a supply teacher for East Sussex.
