Counsellor Profile

I am an independant, accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I am a COSCA Accredtited Diploma Level Trainer working as a p/t lecturer in counselling/counselling skills. I run my own Cognitive Behavioural Therapy courses at intro and certificate level. My background is in the NHS as Training and Development Manager working with a wide rage of staff and managers.

Extra Information

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy examines the links between how you think, how you feel and what you do. This a recommended therapy for a number of emotional issues (NICE Guidelines).
