Profile

I have almost ten years' experience as a counsellor, gained in private practice and in a voluntary counselling agency. I am a member of the BACP and an Accredited member of the Counselling Society.

I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, anger management, grief and loss, relationship issues, sexuality and gender confusion, self-harm and the impact of emotional, physical and sexual abuse.

I am trained to Level 3 in EMDR and use this therapy to help with the symptoms of trauma and specific anxieties and phobias.
