Low self-esteem & inner suffering? I am an integrative psychotherapist in advanced training with the Bath Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am particularly interested in working with you if you feel your struggles include feelings of frustration or sadness, a sense of not belonging, not quite being in the 'right' (whatever that means!) place - perhaps a sense of not belonging - in your relationships, or family, career or other. Therapy can quickly bring beneficial changes early in the process, in my experience.

Many hidden struggles such as a sense of not really fitting or belonging - at work or at home, low self-esteem or low confidence, stress, anxiety, panic attacks & phobias, relationship difficulties, depression, abuse, health issues etc can prevent us from leading a meaningful and joyful life.
