Teresa Zucca Armitage - Accredited MBACP
106 Water Lane
I have over 14 years of counselling experience working with adults, individuals and couples. I offer support for a wide range of personal issues such as; separation and divorce, bereavement, work difficulties, stress, anxiety and depression. I also offer counselling to those who want to develop their self awareness, self esteem and self confidence. I offer both brief and long term counselling depending on your needs.
My training and experience have reinforced my belief in the inner strength inherent in us all. We experience life with its challenges and problems and sometimes feel lost and we may find it difficult to talk to other people such as family and friends. Counselling will offer you the opportunity to look at issues and provide you with a confidential, safe place to explore and discuss your feelings.
I commit myself to be there for you and work with you, to find a new self-awareness, make changes when necessary and help you live your life the way you would like to live it.
I am originally from Italy and although my training and counselling experience has taken place in the UK, I am at ease to work also in my native language. I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor working in a private practice and with EAP Companies.
