Counsellor Profile

I have been in private practice for 10 years and am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which means that
I fullfill their criteria for professional training and that I am governed by the ethics of this regulatory body.

I provide a safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment. My committment is to work with you to help you access your personal resources to deal with whatever difficulty has brought you to seek counselling.

I work with clients on a wide range of areas engaging in both short and long term work.

* I attained my Diploma at The
Central School for Counselling and
Psychotherapy.

* I also trained as a bereavement
counsellor with Cruse and worked
within the organisation as a volunteer
counsellor for a number of years.

* I continue with my ongoing professional
development and have regular
practitioner supervision in line with
BACP guidelines.

Extra Information

I work from home in a dedicated counselling room and clients will only see and be contacted by me.

My training has covered a range of theoretical orientations and I draw on this to provide counselling which is tailored to the needs of each client as unique individuals.
