Counsellor Profile

I am a fully qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist with Advanced Diplomas in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. I work with individual clients and couples short-term and long-term face to face counselling and hypnotherapy. As well as my private practice, which is located in the centre of Bolton. For the last eight years I work with clients who access counselling through their company's employment assistance programme (EAP's) using Solution Focused Brief Therapy (BSFT).

My main approach is Person-Centred therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural therapy and Solution Focused brief therapy.

Are you struggling with feelings of sadness, anger, anxiety or any other related disorders?.

I provides professional and confidential counselling. I work within an integrative approach where the quality of the relationship between client and counsellor is central to the work. I aim to offer a warm, respectful and congruent relationship in the belief that feelings safe and understood are necessary conditions for working through your feelings. I offer a safe confidential environment.

I am commited to on-going professional development and frequently attend short courses to enhance my work.
