I provide a confidential and non- judgemental Counselling and Psychotherapy service, helping individuals to explore issues and to help them get their life back on track. I can help with many issues such as:
Anger Management
Alcohol & Substance Abuse
Depression
Childhood issues
Anxiety
Abuse
Relationship Counselling
I also offer help in a more general way, when for no apparent reason life just isnt how it should be.
I can incorporate Relaxation Therapy and Stress Management into your Counselling sessions.

S.N.H.S (school of Natural Health Sciences) Diploma Psychotherapy & Counselling,

Fees

My prices start at £30.00 per session for one to one, £35.00 per session for couple and family each session usually lasts a full hour.

Further Information

All of my services are offered as face to face or online and are available on a one to one basis, family or group sessions and couple counselling.
I can offer Child Counselling sessions, however conditions do apply - please state at time of enquiry if counselling is for a child. I do not charge for Children.
I am a member of the National College of Holistic Medicine and am bound by their Ethics.
