Mental health or should I say ill health is something most of us will suffer through at some point in the life cycle, just as we might be involved in an accident. How each of us copes depends on our life patterns, often formed in childhood. The thinking, and way of viewing the world we put into place and that may have served well in the past, now are hindering and not useful because of the challenges life has put before us. Our task together is to explore your issues/crisis and come to an understanding.
My approach to therapy is integrative psychosynthesis, having trained at ReVision. This is known for a soulful more spiritual philosophy; what I hold from this experience is I believe a holistic approach, inclusive of mind, body and spirit. The way I work is the typical ‘talking cure’, but may also work with dreams, visualisation, chair work, or drawing.
I find that the clients I attract present with issues such as relationship problems; melancholy/depression, parenting issues, childhood trauma and abuse, loss and berevement.

I find living in central London enriching as the multicultural oportunities are so varied.

Post Graduate Dip In Integrative Psychosynthesis, ReVision, Kilburn.
Member of BACP (MBACP), and
UKCP registered.
