Counsellor Profile

I have worked as a counsellor for many years both independently and also within centres and support groups. I also have a thorough understanding of corporate life having worked as a manger/director in many diverse fields.I have undertaken formal healer training within the NFSH and run centres on their behalf. My work in support groups has also enabled me to recognise the importance of combining more than one form of therapy and in recognition of this I completed a Masters Degree in analytical psychology and healing followed by a postgraduate training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). My lifework experience and the combination of more than one discipline allows me to integrate elements of integrative counselling with empathy and understanding to give my clients a unique whole person approach to life’s problems
