I am 40, married, with two children. You may call me Penny or Penelope (photo included)

At times life will burden each one of us with pressures or difficult decisions. We can find that we are so engrossed in the problem that we don't recognise the right course of action.

I provide a place for us to work out new insight to problems and concerns.

It seems to me that we all have people telling us what we should do to sort out our issues; friends, partners, parents, brothers, sisters. I feel like I am in a privilidged position because I don't tell you what to do, I sit with you as we work out what 'you' would like/need to do.

My therapy room is at home so that you will feel comfortable and relaxed.
