Counsellor ProfileI am a fully qualified, professional counsellor offering counselling and creative therapies in the peaceful area of Upper St. Thomas in Exeter.
I am an integrative counsellor, with training and experience in using a wide range of counselling approaches. This enables me to create an individual counselling approach which best suits you, and which you feel most comfortable with.
Creative therapies, for those who would like to use them and feel comfortable to do so, can be helpful when words are not enough. On offer are sand tray, art, writing therapy, clay, visualisation, outdoor therapy, relaxation work, and many others.
I provide counselling for individual adults, and also deliver workshops and invited lectures to counsellors in training. I am experienced in working with University and Counselling students at all levels.
As a member of the BACP, I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure therein. I also hold a CRB Enhanced Disclosure (police check).
