Counsellor Profile

Experienced Psychotherapist works in a gentle, person-centred manner, offering individually tailored techniques to promote understanding and enable change.
My aim is to provide a therapeutic relationship such that would enable the client to feel safe while exploring their own thoughts and emotions, even when it is difficult to talk or put those feelings into words.
Sometimes as a boost to counselling I offer Hypnotherapy or EMDR in cases of trauma or lack of confidence. EFT has also been useful with some clients to change long term habits. HYPNOTHERAPY and CBT can be used for helping you to stop smoking, for stress-relief and for controlling anxiety. LIFE COACHING is also available for finding your goals, setting targets in your life and enhancing your creativity and motivation.

Fees

From £60 per hour. LifeCoaching, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, EFT or EMDR available.
Please email and state which area you are from and whether there are any times you are not available, so that I can offer you something suitable.
Appointments are usually weekly but can be more or less frequent.
Should you wish, you could initially book a half hour meeting (at half fee), so that we can meet each other first and discuss options. If you should wish to do this please specify this clearly when making appointment.
