Gillie Jenkinson is able to work with many issues but worked for Sheffield Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Service for 11 years (left May 2007 to increase time for her private practice) and so has specialist knowledge in the area of rape and sexual abuse. She has also worked extensively with ex-cult members, runs an ex-member support and education group and has presented her research in Madrid and Denver, USA on 'What helps ex-cult members recover from an abusive cult experience'. She presented a paper on 'An investigation into what is the cult pseudo-personality?' in Brussels, June 2007, for International Cultic Studies Association.
