I am a UK registered independent counsellor,accredited with BACP and COSCA working to the BACP ethical framework. I offer a one to one confidential counselling service where I am willing to be along side and explore,with clients, issues no matter how difficult, that are causing distress and work towards finding a way forward.

BSc. Hons. first class Occupational Therapy 1998
Training in - Short Term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

My experience is in both, counselling in the voluntary sector and working in mental health services in the NHS. It includes issues such as depression, relationship problems, anxiety, loss, abuse, anger, self esteem, dealing with chronic physical conditions, obsessive behaviour and self image

£35 per 50 minute session
Negotiable reduced fee for those on a low income
First session up to 90 minutes
