Counsellor Profile

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with a wide range of experience. I qualified in 1997 as a Psychodynamic Counsellor and have worked within a variety of settings since then including drug/alcohol rehabilitation and rape & sexual abuse. I currently work with adolescents and young people. I can work with individuals, couples and/or families/groups. My specialism is with addiction of any kind but I also work with low self esteem and self worth, abuse, anger, anxiety, PTSD, gender issues, eating disorders, body image and stress and relaxation. I also am a qualified supervisor.
