I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, a Senior accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) practising for over 14 years I have worked with children and adults and now work in Private Practice and in Primary Care. I work with Clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, on an open-ended basis or in some cases on a short term basis.

The first time we meet will be for an assessment to establish that you feel comfortable working with me and I feel I can offer you the appropriate counselling. Sessions are then usually weekly and last 50 minutes.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I qualified with a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling 12 years ago and have continued my professional development and training ever since then, with post-graduate trainings and qualifications in Time-Limited Theapy, Trauma, Counselling in Education, and Human Development .
I counselled young people in different settings for 12 years and I have been working as a Primary Care Counsellor for 14 years alongside my private practice'
I am a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adhere to their Code of Ethics
