ProfessionaI, confidential counselling help during periods of crisis and confusion or change and personal development. I see individuals and couples seeking support and understanding during a difficult period in their lives. I work from a 'person-centred' approach but using insights and techniques from a variety of other approaches such as Transactional Analysis(TA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) when helpful.
