Free Initial Meeting

I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and CCYP (Counselling Children and Young People).

I provide a safe therapuetic environment for you to talk things over. I listen to you respectfully and help you understand more about yourself and what is happening in your life. I offer non-judgemental support, rather than advice which will enable you to develop insight into your problems. I work with you in a way that respects your values, personal strengths and choices for how you want to live your life.

I work with couples and individuals of all ages to enable them to resolve issues, make decisions, improve existing relationships, deal with difficulties or challenges in their lives or to enable them to live in a way that is satisfying and enjoyable.

I use therapeutic play skills for children with an emotional age of 3 - 14. Therapeutic play improves the emotional well being of the child and can alleviate an emotional or psychological problem that is preventing the child from functioning normally. I also work with parents who have children who are displaying difficult behaviours. See website for further information.

I enable individuals to develop their personal awareness and growth which enhances their communication and relationships with others in all the areas of their lives.
