Inner-Self Counselling is based in Maldon Essex, established in 2005 our service has built on an excellent reputation and now provides a full time practice for all individuals, adolescents,couples and families.
Inner-Self Counsellors are fully trained and qualified in either Psychodynamic or Person Centred counselling to diploma or degree level offering an Integrative approach to suit the clients needs and requirements. We also have two 4th year trainee's offering low cost sessions at £10 on a Tuesday & Saturday making counselling fully accessible.
We have experience in counselling issues such as:
abuse, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship difficulties. In addition we have specialized expereince in mental health, abuse, addictions and anger management.
We offer both long term and short term counselling in a professional, warm, approachable and safe environment from a counsellor that is adaptable, understanding, honest, who respects and maintains confidentiality. As Members of the British Association for Counselling & Pyschotherapy we are bound by BACP code of ethics for good practice and we are fully insured.

Other areas of counselling I deal with
We offer counselling to adolescents, individuals and couples. Emma offers and has experience of counselling in schools with 11-20yr olds. Inner-Self Counselling Centre provides a waiting room for parents/guardians of this age group if they wish to stay on the premises.
We also undertake contract work, permanent or bank counselling to companies and organisations who may benefit. Please call or email for details.

Fees
Individuals & couples SLIDING SCALE £25 - £50 per session Qualified Counsellors Emma, Jane, Lyndise, Debs (average fee £35)
£10 Session Lorraine Saturday and Celia Tuesday as final year trainee counsellors
Emma and Lyndise provide personal therapy and supervision to Counselling Students for £30 per session.
Company Contracts undertaken and references available
Further Information
Inner-Self offers sessions Monday to Friday between 7.30 am - 8.30 pm
and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm.
We also offer appointments at your place of work and in addition there is the possibility of 'home visits' for less mobile or for example: agrophobic, anxious or childcare difficulties.
