Counsellor Profile

Inner-Self Counselling Centre is based in Maldon Essex and provides face to face counselling for all adults, adolescents and couples who are struggling with life's issues, relationships, family or themselves. Inner-Self Counsellors are fully trained and qualified in either Psychodynamic or Person Centred counselling offering an Integrative approach. We have experience in counselling issues such as abuse, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anger and relationship difficulties. In addition we have specialized expereince in mental health, abuse, addictions and lone-parents. We offer both long term and short term counselling in a professional, warm, approachable and safe environment from a counsellor that is adaptable, understanding, honest, who respects and maintains confidentiality. As Members of the British Association for Counselling & Pyschotherapy we am bound by BACP code of ethics for good practice and i am fully insured. We offer counselling to adolescents, individuals and couples. Emma offers and has experience of counselling in schools with 11-20yr olds. Inner-Self Counselling Centre provides a waiting room for parents/guardians of this age group if they wish to stay on the premises.

Fees

Individuals & couples £40 per session

Counselling Students who require a lower fee and who are on a regonised course £35

Home Visists/workplace please call for details and fee

Extra Information

Inner-Self offers sessions Monday to Thursday between 7.30 am - 8.30 pm
Friday and Saturday daytime.

We also offer appointments at your place of work and in addition there is the possibility of 'home visits' for less mobile or for example: agrophobic, anxious or childcare difficulties.
