Counsellor Profile
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, caring and professional counselling service in a comfortable atmosphere.
I can offer help for all types of emotional distress to both individuals and couples.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists which means I abide by their Ethical Framework and work within their rules and guidelines.
I am very flexible in the times of appointments I can offer.
I believe that my clients have the ability to decide how many sessions they need and therefore do not stipulate a minimum number of sessions.

Diploma in Counselling from University of Central Lancashire; an MA (Hons) degree from the University of Glasgow and am a Lecturer in Counselling at 2 colleges at all levels of counselling training.
As well as my private practice I also am Student Counsellor at a college and have experience of counselling clients from adolescents through to senior citizens.
I have experience in issues including low self-esteem, relationship problems, anger management, depression, communication problems, trauma and abuse, self-harm, confidence problems, sexual issues and other issues which cause emotional turmoil.
