Counsellor Profile
I offer Counselling, Relationship Counselling and Life Coaching in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I work regularly with both individuals and couples offering short-term counselling and life coaching together with longer term therapy. I am accredited and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and on the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors.
I began my training as a Counsellor in 1997 and began working as a Counsellor in 2000 within the NHS for a GP practice and I also worked with RELATE counselling both couples and individuals with relationship issues.
I established my independent practice as a counsellor and life coach in 2002. People come to me either through their GP's, employers or via the internet. However, the majority of my work comes through personal recommendation, which I find particularly rewarding.
I love my work and I especially enjoy the reward of watching people develop and helping them instigate positive change in their lives.
