Counsellor Profile
Since 1992 I have been a psychotherapist/counsellor in private practice. I was accredited in 1998 and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). In recent years I have specialised in using EMDR with clients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), often as a result of a Road-Traffic Accident (RTA). I also provide supervision to other professionals: (trainee) psychotherapists, executive coaches and hypnotherapists. I initially qualified as an Occupational Psychologist and still provide services to corporate clients: assessment and development, executive coaching, stress management, critical incident debriefing, outplacement and redundancy counselling.
