Organisation Profile

Realife is an organisation based in Bolton providing various forms of therapy, coaching and training. We offer a combination of Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Timeline Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life coaching, Health/Fitness coaching, Career coaching, Corporate coaching and Hypnotherapy.
We also run 1 and 2 day training courses in Stress Management, 1 day courses in Time Management, Coaching Skills and various NLP skills. We offer all of our courses as self learn CD Roms or tutor lead options and have also developed a range of adult and children hypnotherapy CD's.

We work with organisations and private clients for one to one therapy/hypnotherapy/coaching or training.
