Counsellor Profile

I am a counsellor, hypnotherapist, coach and trainer. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and have a practice in the centre of Bolton working with private and corporate clients locally or over the telephone anywhere in the UK/world. I also train in Stress Management and Coaching Skills for the NHS, Victim Support and many corporate organisations.
I am passionate about helping people to transform, achieve their goals and lead the life they desire. I work with clients with any problem or issue ranging from issues such as abuse, depression, addictions (inc smoking) health or body issues, nutrition, relationship difficulties through to work problems, focusing on goals and achievements, career development, working with managers and directors.
