Profile

I trained as a counsellor to help people cope with troubling issues in their lives. I aim to provide a relaxing confidential setting where we can together look at these issues and plan a way forward. I specialised in cognitive behavioural therapy to help clientsexamine the relationship beween their thoughts feeliongs and behaviours which is often a perticulary valuable way to look at the difficult areas in our lives.
I am  now a highly experienced accredited cognitive behavioural therapist. I have  expertise with anxiety, depression, stress, panic, post traumatic stress, obsessive compulsive disorder, abuse issues, relationships, addictions especially gambling, work related issues and children and adolescents.
