Counsellor Profile

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and an HPC registered Dramatherapist.

I also offer clinical supervision.

You will get more of an idea about me, and the way I work, by visiting my website. There is a lot of information there: articles, humour, self-help leaflets, videos, online relaxation sessions and de-stressors, support and other related material.

The website recognises that we can be cautious around making major changes in our lives. It provides lots of information, and also some ways of feeling support, while you think about what might be the best way forward for you.

In line with professional guidelines, I have regular Clinical Supervision. I have been qualified as a state registered therapist for over 10 years and work both in the NHS and in private practice.
