Counsellor Profile
I hope to support people to unlock their own resources and live more fully and comfortably with themselves. My approach to counselling is holistic, recognising the importance of mind, body, emotions and spirit.
Prior to my counselling career I was an international hockey player, then worked for Unilever in their Human Resources team.
I now have my own private counselling practice, Cope Counselling, practicing from the Gestalt Centre, near Old Street. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Accredited Counsellor and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Practice. I offer individual short term and long term counselling. I work with a wide range of clients, whilst having especial interest in the stressful twenty-first century work culture, major life changes, sport and M.E/ Chronic Fatigue.
