As a trained counsellor I believe each person is an individual, therefore my counselling is tailored to meet your own needs.

I offer professional, sensitive, confidential counselling, for individuals, adolescents, couples and organisations.

I do both short term and long term work.

I have done various professional development courses (see website for further details), and completed clinical training for trauma focused CBT for post traumatic stress.

I have experience with individuals, adolescents, and couples
in private practice,and in an international company and charitable organisations.
