About me

I am a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and NPD Clinical Lead Specialist. My psychotherapy and counselling career spans over 30 years.

I am an Accredited Member of The NCPS and NCPS Audited Oct 2017 and Dec 2021 | UKCP Registered and UKCP Audited Summer 2014 | Clinical Supervisor | Business and Life Coach | Clinical EAP Consultant | Certified Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) | Psychological Coach with advanced clinical training.

My main aim is to assist clients to achieve and maintain optimum potential using cutting edge evidence based practice. I believe implicitly in the importance of assessment and specialise in this vital area as well as General Practice. I also specialise in Anxiety, Depression, Surviving - Emotional Abuse, NPD Abuse (Narcissistic Personality Disorder Abuse/Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome) BPD Abuse (Borderline Personality Disorder Abuse) and life post Survival of - Emotional, NPD, BPD relationships C-PTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and Post Betrayal Syndrome. I am also CBT Trained in the treatment of Anxiety and Depression.

I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling. I also hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (WITH CREDIT) I also hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Counselling Supervision from Keele University. I also hold an Advaned Diploma in Counselling. I have undertaken comprehensive CBT Training at Oxford University. I have Corporate and Executive Coaching training and I am a Freelance University Lecturer and Freelance HR Advisor. I also works extensively in the International Clinical EAP field of Psychotherapy, Management Consultancy, Clinical Supervison, OH Consultantcy and Clinical Practice Inspections. I also provide Professional and Personal Support Consultancy for Professionals working with Extreme High Risk Adults.

Fees For Clinical Reports, Statements and Letters -

Clinical Reports, Statements and Letters can only be written and produced with your signed/written consent.

The Fee is £1.00 per minute. (Reports, Statements and Letters will only be sent out to third parties once signed/written consent is received and the fee has been fully paid)



1.The Assessment fee is due 48 hrs before the Assessment appointment.

2.Subsequent Session fees are due 48 hrs before every appointment.

3.A £55 fee will be charged for a non-attended booked session.

4.A £55 fee will be charged if a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

5.Payment methods -  is by Bank Transfer Only. Fees must be paid 48 hrs before an appointment.
