I am deeply empathic, respectful, non judgmental, warm and caring.

As a Person-Centred therapist my work is non directive giving you the freedom to work at your own pace dealing with issues when you feel ready to do so. My aim is to offer you empathy and respect within a confidential, friendly and peaceful setting to help you to clarify and understand your feelings without interpretation or criticism.

I look forward to sharing with you laughter and tears on your journey towards greater self awareness and self acceptance.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I hold a Diploma of Higher Education in Counselling.

My approach is Focusing Oriented Person Centred therapy.

I am an Accreditated Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) and adhere to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also a member of UKRCP, United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

The counselling relationship is confidential and my work is supervised in accordance with B.A.C.P. guidelines.

I hold professional insurance and am committed to ongoing counsellor related training.

I also hold a PG Cert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
