I hold a Diploma of Higher Education in Counselling.

My approach is Focusing Oriented Person Centred therapy.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (M.B.A.C.P.) and adhere to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The counselling relationship is confidential and my work is supervised in accordance with B.A.C.P. guidelines.

I hold professional insurance and am committed to ongoing counsellor related training.

I also hold a PG Cert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
