Counsellor Profile

I have completed the BACP-accredited Diploma in Counselling at the Gestalt Centre, London. I hold an Honours Degree in Mental Health Social Work and am a Qualified and Registered Social Worker with over 20 years' experience in the NHS and social services with people with mental health issues. I work part-time in the NHS in mental health and have a wide range of experience in working with depression, trauma, loss and bereavement, including working as a counsellor in a GP surgery. I am especially interested in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and sexuality issues, along with self-development. I work from the London Gestalt Centre and live in East Dulwich, London, SE22.

Diploma in Counselling (accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) - Gestalt Centre; I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP); I also have a BA (Hons) in Mental Health Social Work, I am a qualified Social Worker and Registered with the General Social Care Council.
