Counsellor Profile
My original training was as a teacher. I embarked on a journey of self discovery about 20 years ago which led me onto spiritual retreats, workshops and into personal therapy. As I became more true to myself, more whole, I decided to train as a counsellor. I worked on a voluntary basis for many years with adults with alcohol or drug dependency and in prisons. I left full time teaching in 2000 to establish myself in private practice offering counselling to adults and young people.
