Counsellor Profile

As a Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist I work both privately and within the NHS. My approach is person centred allowing an awareness of what is needed within a safe environment. I like to foster autonomy whilst also offering support and care.

During my work as a counsellor I have helped many clients, helping them to move on in their life in a more positive way.

Although I have specialist training in Eating Disorders my experience as an NHS counsellor has exposed me to a much more varied client group than would normally be seen on a private basis.
I also work with PTSD and am trained in EMDR which is recommended by the NHS (NICE) for treating this disorder
