Chris offers person-centred counselling, focussing on exploring the present moment to develop new ways of being in the future by healing the past. He uses other approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, and family therapy according to the needs of the individuals working with him.
He has a wide experience in helping to resolve relationship difficulties: individual, group, and personal and corporate. His mediation approach is of particular value when working with couples, parents and teens, or families, with the focus on achieving the best relations possible.
He also works with those who look for a greater integration of their life experiences in order to develop a greater sense of personal integrity and wholeness.
