Counsellor Profile

I am a MBACP Counsellor, a BASRT Therapist and a GHR Hypnotherapist. I offer a confidential, respectful, client-centred service which is accessible outside standard working hours and includes a comprehensive service for private, GP and work-organised referral.

Why me? Because I not only have good practical experience but I also have life experience. My approach is holistic and my aim is to understand what it feels like to be you. I won't give you my answers I'll help you to find yours. I am here to help you to gain insight and to get you back on track.

So whoever you are, whatever you age, whatever the situation or problem you are facing, whether you are worried, depressed, confused, feeling bad about yourself, coping with unexpected change or crisis or just wanting to make some changes in your life, it can be helpful to talk things over, in confidence. If for any reason I feel I cannot help then I have a list of other counsellors to refer you on to.

I am a Practioner under Relate License and I am approved by them to offer relationship counselling, sex therapy and telephone counselling. I have extensive experience of working in Primary Care as a Practice Counsellor. I was so successful in my practice that I was invited by the local PCT to work privately at another surgery to help bring down their waiting list.
