Fees

I offer a Free First Session to establish your need and formulate a contract for future counselling. Sessions are for 1 hour.

Following the first session I have a sliding scale fee rate
£35 for first 4 sessions
£30 for next 6 sessions and
£25 for all subsequent sessions
Concessions may be available at £25 per session for low paid workers, unemployed, students and pensioners

Extra Information

The counselling setting I provide is in my house which is in a quiet 'off the beaten track' area of Bath. I have a designated counselling room with easy access.

Confidentiality is paramount and I strive to offer a non-judgemental, empathetic environment in which to help you expore your issues. A place for you to explore and accept what is on your mind without being told what you should or should not be feeling/thinking/doing etc. I offer support with your situation leaving you free to enjoy a relationship with your friends and relatives without your issues getting in the way. I do not encourage you to dwell unnecessarily on past issues but rather to explore where your needs and resources are not being met and how this can be changed.

I am trained to provide relaxation and visualisation exercises which can be very helpful for many issues eg anxiety, trauma memories and panic attacks.

I also offer telephone counselling at £20 per 50 minute session (plus cost of phone call as you phone me)
