Profile
I have trained in a wide variety of "talking therapies". My approach to counselling is "keep it simple". I firmly believe that all of us have the potential to lead lives which are happier and more fulfilled. My role as the counsellor is to help the client to achieve the goals, which have brought them into counselling.
My varied training (see qualifications) enables me to integrate different counselling techniques into my work which helps me to be more flexible to my client needs.
In addition, my own time as a client has given me an opportunity to experience the counselling process, which I believe helps me to be more empathic with my clients.
